About Me
My name is "Miss Nancy". Education and students are my life. I was an elementary school teacher with a mathematics background. I earned my Master of Arts in Teaching in Early Childhood. I taught in public schools for ten years in Michigan, Georgia, Texas and South Carolina.
I am a mother of two beautiful boys. We home schooled our boys all the way through high school. I became a NILD Educational Therapist during this journey because both of our boys have learning differences.
This personal calling has led me to start up this business, Educational Learning Services, LLC.
I worked at South Carolina Association of Independent Home Schools (SCAIHS) as a guidance counselor in the Special Needs Department. Later, I became the Director of the Special Needs Department.
My mission is to reach as many struggling students as possible, to see the smile on their face realizing that they can succeed!
My goal is to create a collaboration between the parent(s), the student and myself. I offer my expertise to help assist you in this journey.
